The main applications are Home, Calendar, Lists, Addresses, Settings, Weather, Shopping, and Help. Calendar has monthly, daily, activity, and yearly planners.

List Planner is a unique add-on to Calendar that allows you to make to-do lists that automatically feed calendar entries.  It also allows groups and communities to easily and freely exchange calendaring information with each other.

To change settings, use Preferences.  If you wish to add or delete users, use Registration.

Photo Player can randomly play photos from your My Pictures folder.

Web Player can "play" web pages and local documents such as photos, recipes, and other memorabilia according to a playlist.  The ability to edit and customize this playlist will be available in a future version.

  • Rapidly find addresses
  • Get and send directions in 1-click
  • Automatically add addresses to your phone book
  • Manage groups easily

List Planner

Many people make to-do lists when they want to get things done.  With the Mediabee application, you can make to-do lists in one of two ways:
  • Using the Memo Pad to create an ad-hoc (spur-of-the-moment) to-do list, which goes on your Day Planner. This is a great short-term planning tool - use it to get things done today or in the next few days.
  • If you're looking to create a more long-term list, use the List Planner to create a set of related to-do entries.
The List Planner is a great tool for the following reasons:
  • Make a todo-list for yourself and others; automatically delegate entries to others' calendars.
  • Create a list of related calendar entries - like a school lunch menu, for example.
  • Keep track of project-related items by project
  • Subscribe to an available calendar
  • Publish your own calendars
  • Make our todo-lists your own - for example, building a deck, planning your garden, etc.
