All the information you enter in the application is your property. We collect usage information for demographic and statistical purposes only. We will not send, share, or give it to others (except as required by law).

We will encrypt transmissions of all sensitive information between you and us using strong 128-bit encryption, the same level used on most financial institution websites.

We will not send you unsolicited email or paper-based mail. Only communication that you explicitly ask for, like password and email reminders, and text or instant messages, will be sent to you. The only exception to this communication policy is when we need to contact you regarding your account status or support.

No Spyware, Adware, Or Spam

There is no spyware or adware in this program. The only emails you will receive from us are those related to your use and registration of the application. We will not sell or share your email address with anyone.

Mediabee has a strong committment to bringing clutter-free user-friendly applications to our customers. We will work very hard to earn and keep your trust while at the same time providing for our revenues, much in the manner of respected companies such as Google.

Usage of Data

Data	Explanation
First Names of Group Members	This is used to set up the shared calendaring application to assign unique access, color codes, icons, etc. to each individual.
Phone number	Your phone number is required to set up authentication for voice-based access.  You can also choose to receive reminders in the form of text messages on your wireless phone(s).  In no case will your phone number(s) be sold or given to any third party.
Address	Your zip code will be sent to the Mediabee website when requesting screen saver playlists, among other things.
Email address and password	Your email address and Mediabee password are transmitted to Mediabee for registration purposes. If you are using the email reminders feature, your email ID and email password (for the SMTP server) will be transmitted to your email service provider when reminders are sent by the application and when you are using the group communication features to send emails to others.
All other data	You can use the Mediabee application to receive communications from vendors and content providers in a manner that increases the relevance of messages to you.  For example, you can receive coupon offers relevant to your shopping list or travel discounts to your favorite destinations. (If you are using the advertiser-supported version of the product, this information will automatically arrive.  In the paid product, you can choose to receive offers.) You can increase the relevance of these offers by providing more information about yourself in the Settings/Preferences page of the applicaion.  Such information is never transmitted to us without your explicit content.  When offers become available, Mediabee will transmit a list of offers appropriate to your geography (based on your zipcode) to the application.  The application will select a subset of the list to display to you based on data you entered into the application.  This data itself will never be transmitted to us unless you explicitly ask us to keep it for you. Our servers will anonymously record the offers chosen by your application as having been delivered.

Our website uses cookies (as most secure sites do) to authenticate and authorize transmission of information to you.

From time to time, application features will be enhanced that might require the transmission of other information. At such times, you will receive explicit notification of the enhancements and the nature of the information that is transmitted. We believe in an honest approach that protects your privacy and at the same time allows you to access highly relevant communication of offers to help subsidize your use of the product.
